A fictional representation of the Youghiogheny river as it flows under the interstate highway near the town of Friendsville, MD, on its way to join the Monongahela, Ohio, and Mississippi rivers. The painting is in oils, on canvas 7' high, and mounted in a space between two gothic windows in what was once a lodge for the Order of the Knights of Pythias, now a rec room.
